	Description	The National Executive Committee voted in September 2009 to commit the £16,660 raised from the IPMS Oxfam Appeal Fund to a project in the rural Gutu district of Masvingo province of Zimbabwe. It is the first stage of a three-part irrigation project and will include agricultural and business training to ensure that 25,000 people have a steady supply of food throughout the year.
