The feedback request came from the independant Electoral Reform Society.

Prospect has worked with Ericsson to agree the questions which will enable employees to share their views anonymously. We are confident that members will want to take the opportuity to ensure why they support the moves Ericsson and Prospect have made towards concluding union recognition.

The feedback exercise will last for a week and Prospect will discuss the results with the business and look to formally conclude a recogniton agreement shortly.
