Prospect has met with Ronan Dunne and a series of meetings have been established with the Company to discuss the consequences for staff arising from these changes.

For most members the way these changes affect them will not become clear for some time. However at this stage the Company has confirmed that it will be taking all possible steps to avoid compulsory redundancy as it has successfully done in the past.

From Prospect's point of view, whilst we understand that announcements such as this bring uncertainty we will be keen to see that the changes provide strong oportunities for members' career development and help develop an even more successful company in which all members can thrive.

The union will keep members informed throughout the consultations.
