Prospect’s mentoring programme

Stuck in a rut? Find it challenging to cope with the continuous change at work? Want to acquire new skills or knowledge?

Prospect is launching a pilot mentoring programme in September 2012. The aim is to help members who are seeking career mentoring, defined as members who:

  • want to move to a new role
  • want to leave an organisation
  • want new challenges or to broaden their horizons
  • are leaving an organisation – voluntarily or not
  • want to reskill/retrain to assist career transition.

The unique element to this programme is its independence – there is no reference to any particular organisation.

So why not participate in Prospect’s mentoring programme as a mentee? We would be pleased to hear from you if you think this would be of benefit. For the pilot programme we are giving priority to women in STEM, redundant colleagues and homeworkers.

If you would like the opportunity to work with a colleague who is able to support you in your personal goals or would like to find out more about the scheme, or to express an interest, please contact Kate Antoniou at [email protected] or call on 07889 181084.
