Since then the union has engaged in a lot of detailed work with BT at Group and business unit levels. We believe much of this work has been constructive. Mark Whitley provided a number of assurances that were reported in a briefing sent to you by the union in December last year.
Prospect is now running an interim short survey to establish how effective change has been so far. The survey is entirely anonymous and will not be reported in a way that identifies individuals.
This survey is targeted specifically at members of the union who work in BT Operate Field Engineering. If you do not work in BTO Field Engineering please respond to this email with your OUC and we will update your records on our membership system.
It is important that we have the fullest possible response, so please talk to your colleagues, remind them to complete the survey quickly and if any have not received it please ask them to email [email protected] providing their email address and current OUC so we can update their membership records and send them a survey.
If you have any colleagues who are not members of the union and they want to participate please ask them to contact [email protected] who will arrange to take them into membership and issue a survey to them.
We intend to publish the results to members as soon as possible.
The union believes the survey is critical to our effective activity on behalf of members in Field Engineering and we ask you to complete and return it as soon as possible but by no later than Wednesday March 24th.
