We wanted to give members an update to say that these talks have not yet concluded despite several meetings taking place with the company.

Negotiations have been tough and progress slow, however your Prospect representatives are determined to seek a reasonable offer from the company that we can put to members in a membership ballot.

We will be looking to conclude negotiations over the coming weeks and will be back in touch with members with an offer or to discuss the next options.

Please remember that it is only through union recognition that we are able to enter into negotiations so if you have any colleagues who are not a member of Prospect they need to join us to be able to vote on any proposal.
