All our members are contributing to Steria's profitability and we find it very difficult to understand why employees in the UK are expected to accept a pay freeze, when less profitable areas of the Steria geographical community are receiving rises.

In our view, Steria's announcement has not been well considered, and we are seeking to meet the company with some urgency.
