The company’s final offer was of a 2% increase to paybill, distributed as a 1.8% flat rate increase to all members with the remaining 0.2% being used to uplift the 6 members on the lowest salaries to a new range minimum of £36.950.42.
All members were asked to vote on this offer and that ballot closed today. The outcome of that ballot is as follows;
- Those voting to accept the offer; 92.9%
- Those voting to reject the offer; 7.1%
We have therefore informed the company that this offer has been accepted and trust that they will now implement this agreement and backdate those payments to the 1st January 2012 implementation date.
