Dear Colleague, As part of Telefónica UK’s transformation programme Prospect has been engaged with the company regarding its reorganisation proposals. We are aware that a number of members have been placed at “at risk” and Prospect understands that this announcement will create uncertainty amongst our members during this time. During this time we would like to reassure members that we are still engaged with the company and will be for some time as consultation is on-going and further meetings will take place shortly. We have made it clear to Telefónica that the emphasis for the reorganisation is to retain and reskill members who wish to remain in the company.
