The agreement for this year, in summary, is for a 2.5% increase in the pay bill on 1 June distributed via matrices (one for each benefit band in the RF), plus an equal pay review with effect from 1 January 2016. Pay-related allowances (shift and on-call) will also increase by 2.5% from 1 June.
This agreement follows the terms of the three year agreement we made in 2014.
