Members voted by a big majority to accept the pay offer. Prospect has informed Airwave of the ballot result. We would like to thank all those members who took part in the ballot.
The salary review process will now take place, with people informed by their manager of their individual pay increase from 2nd - 6th April. Pay increases will then be made at the end of April.
If any member believes they have been treated unfairly as part of the salary review process, they should in the first instance raise this with their line manager and then speak to either their local Prospect rep or contact the Prospect Member Contact Centre at [email protected]
