Members voted by a big majority to accept the pay offer. Prospect has informed Airwave of the ballot result. We would like to thank all those members who took part in the ballot.

The salary review process will now take place, with people informed by their manager, between 2 - 6 April of their individual pay increase  Pay increases will then be made at the end of April.

Any member who believes they have been treated unfairly as part of the salary review process, should raise this with their line manager in the first instance and then speak to either their local Prospect rep or contact the Prospect Member Contact Centre at [email protected]
