Senior officers of the four unions called on the Cabinet Secretary to revisit public sector pay policy and deliver on the Scottish Government's commitment to pay restoration.

Their call came in the light of the recent pay offer made to teachers following the successful campaign by teaching unions, most notably the Educational Institute of Scotland.
