| Under the Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Act 2023, as of 6 April 2025, eligible employees will be entitled to take one week's leave for each week their child receives neonatal care, up to 12 weeks leave.
This update sets out the relevant eligibility criteria and the entitlements under the Act.
